Student Premium not working, yet transaction went through?

Student Premium not working, yet transaction went through?

Hello, I recently purchased the student discount on spotify, the transaction went through and I was charged, yet I do not have spotify premium. I have had a confirmation email saying that I have successfully purchased premium and I click the link yet I still don't have premium.

I tried re logging in, clearing the cache/cookies, restarting the computer and re installing Spotify yet none of this works.
