Student Premium

I tried obtaining student premium and it said that the document that I submitted to confirm I was a college student was not qualified. However, it still charged me the $4.99. Since I was not able to get student premium is there a way I could get my money back?

I would definitely reach out to Spotify Support. If you google Spotify Support, it’ll be that first link and if you scroll down a bit there’s a category called Account and Payment and you can probably go from there. I’d say that’s your best bet for getting your money back.
