I have a verified students account but last time I payed 9,99 for some reason. All bills before are fine and my status is still on status, also on the German verification site unidays. I already contacted Spotify, but they tell me to post my problem here. No idea how the community can help me xD

Can anyone help here?

Hey @TheSim,

 

The Spotify Support team usually replies within 24-48 hours.

 

If you still have not gotten a reply:

 

      • Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
      • If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the Community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.

I got an answer yesterday (Wednesday), they checked it, was due to a technical problem and I will be refunded and have to sing up for Premium Student again.

I was just now a bit wondering by the need my PayPal Transaction Code, my birthday and my recently used devices xD
