Student Subscription not working

Hello,

I just tried to get premium through the student subscription. I entered my name, the university i attend, and my date of birth. However, it said that they were unable to validate me as a student... I can assure you i am a current student at my university and was just wondering what i could do in order to fix this situation.

hey Dylan,

I sent all of the required information from the link hours ago, & have yet to get a response. Spotify already charged my bank account 4.99 but I still don't have premium.. what do I do now?
