Student account but still being charged £9.99

I signed up for the student account which is half price but still being charged the full amount, can anyone help?

Hey Clare,

To add onto Jack's post, the account linked to this email address has your Unidays details but is not being charged.  You should be able to activate the Unidays deal via www.spotify.com/uk/student - but please make sure that you are logging on as clarestoke65 by using your username and password.

Regarding the account that is charging you; the support team can search by email addresses or usernames, but the best way would be to include the payment details.  If the £9.99 is coming from your Paypal, could you please include the Transaction ID or Invoice ID in your mail to the support team?
