Student account, new bank details

Student account, new bank details

So I have a Student premium account, which hasnt run out yet and i have recently changed banks. I have gone on to change my bank details but it says i do not have a premium account anymore, and so cannot change my details. 

I then decided to try and just sign up for spotify premium again, using my NUS card to get the student discount, and it says that my card is already linked to an account. No one else has access to my card, so the card is used by my account. i only got spotify arouond 6 months ago, so it hasnt run out yet. 

 

Can someone please help, i would really like to get back to listening to the music i have been paying for!
