Student card not registering

Please help!!! My student card (NUS extra that I have paid for) is not registering!!! I signed up a couple of nights ago, expecting to get spotify premium for £4.99 but it is charging me £9,99!! I put in my student card number again- yesterday it said it was already in use and today it says it is invalid- I will put a screen shot of the number I put in and my student card if people want to see that I am adamant it is the right number!!

I am really frustrated as I emailed spotify support but no one has got back to me!!! I feel like just canceling it now.

Please can someone help!!!

As this is a payment issue, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it or you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
