Student discount Germany

Hi!

I am a German student and have cancelled my regular spotify premium to get the student discount, 4,99€ per month.

I have registered at UNIDAYS and have followed all the instructions to get the discount but whenever I try to start the new spotify premium for students a message saying that I cannot get the discount pops up. 

I have tried to log out and in again several times but it still does not work.

What can I do? Or what did I do wrong?
