I have been paying 9.99 per month for the past few years and I never heard of a student discount! I have been a student this whole time and now I see this advertisement and see that I have been over charged by double! who do I need to talk to, to fix this, this is really messed up. and it won't let me use the student discount even though I am a student! I'm getting mad and feeling ripped off!
Canceling me subscription! maybe for good!

Currently, the Student Discount is currently available for students in the US, the UK and Germany. If you're not a student in one of these countries, it could explain why you couldn't get the Discount.

That is odd. You can switch to the Student Discount by following this link. Keep in mind that after signing up for the student discount, the discounted rate will automatically begin on your next billing date.

I got the discount now I was charged but I still have free service! this is a fail regardless. not the discount anymore. I fixed that. and it was not anything you did, the stuff you recomended did not work.

I had a hold for information approval that they already had! there is no confusion here just lack of customer service, everyone saying the same thing and not fixing anything. leaving you on a revolving loop of nothing happening. but you where able to collect payment. and hold it and not finish your job and supply the goods. there is no misunderstanding here. I've been dealing with this for over a month now. the solution is leaving paid membership!
you can't tell me this aint wack and redundant I think you all are one person that created different profiles because you can't be this disfunctional. who gets all the information and don't use it and act like you didn't get it where they do that at? SCAM!!!!

I'd recommend you get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff so that they can help you more in depth with your account issue. You can reach them either on Facebook or Twitter, or by using the contact form.
If you use the latter, make sure to reply to the automated reply that directs you back to the help-pages (even if it comes from a no-reply address!).
Support usually gets back within a day 🙂
