Student discount - Still paying normal price for subscription

Hi there,

I have a NUS card which I have been using to get a discount on Spotify. I have been doing this for some time which has been great at £4.99, then all of a sudden it has gone to £9.99, this has come out the last 2 payments, I'm not sure why this has been removed off my account as my NUS card hasn't run out or is even near expirering?

Is there any chance I can get this reembersed as it must be an internal problem? I mean thats 2 months payment for me in one, or could I have 2 months that I paid for?

According to the terms and conditions (link at the bottom of the student discount page) http://spotify.com/student

The student discount lasts for one year before you have to renew it again. An email is usually sent out reminding you before it expires.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
