Hello everyone. <br><br>Can anyone help? I was away last week and my card was stolen. I naturally cancelled it and unfortunately this coincided with my spotify payment. As my card was cancelled the payment bounced and my new one didn't come in time before my subscription was cancelled. I'm trying to resubscribe but every time it go through the student discount option it says it's up unavailable. Is this because I've already had this offer? I only had the reduced rate for 2 months so should be entitled to another 10? Thoughts please <br><br>Thanks<br>

No need to worry, you should definitely qualify for those 10 months discount. If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will lend a hand to get you back up and running again. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
