Student discount attempt, card not accepted "having bad day"

Student discount attempt, card not accepted "having bad day"

I have been attempting to subscribe to the spotify premium serivice whilst getting the 50% discount for being a student with my unidays account. When attempting to input my card details it just displays the message in the attached image. I have contacted my bank to see if it was something wrong on their end and it is all good. The card has sufficant credit on it, it had not expired, not been canceled and I have selected to use it in the correct country (the UK). Please help me....

Looks like you have checked all items here. I would highly suggest contacting Spotify directly, so they can take a look at why your payments are failing. For sure, they will not leave you behind.
