You need to go to this page: https://www.spotify.com/de/student/unidays/, sign up/verify through UniDays, then cancel your current subscription and subscribe again to the discount.

For the UK student premium via Unidays you don't need to cancel to do the upgrade as long as you have already registered through Unidays and then you just need to log into Unidays to verify the subscription.

Not sure if it is the same for you guys!
