Student discount - been charged full price

I took out spotify premium using myunidays. Ive just checked my bank statement and ive been charged £9.99 this month instead of £4.99.

Last month i was only charged £4.99

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to check why you were charged full price and, if necessary, refund you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
