Student discount charge

I went online and I went to see if I can get the student discount I put my card information and went to the next page to finish the process but my phone died and when I checked my bank status I saw that I was charged the five dollars and when I went back to my Spotify account it was still showing me that it's on the free 7 day trail. I would like my money back.

same thing happened to me. I went to the next page to verify that i was a college student and it already charged the 5 dollars before i even entered my information. i got a notification saying my card my charged.

Did you ever get your money back? I don't understand why it did that and the funny thing is they say that Spotify won't charge you until you prove that your a student . Well I'm just had its only five dollars
