Student discount disappeared

I have had Student discount on my account via Virgin mobile for a while now. It's one of the only reasons I pay for premium. However, this month I was charged at the full rate and I want to know why and be refunded. Every other month I've been charged £4.99 and now I've been charged £9.99. Sadly they don't have any kind of help/call centres so hopefully this can be resolved on here.

How many months have you had Student discount for? It is only valid for 12 months from when you activated it.

I'm not even 100% sure it was a student discount or if it came with being a Virgin Mobile user. Looks like I will hae to apply my student discount via NUS and hope it works.
