So i had signed up for the student discount to get premium for £5 per months. It has worked for ages but just recently the last two payments have gone as £10. Why has it suddently increased and is there any way to get a refund?

The same thing happened to me! In April I was charged $5 for the Student plan and in May it jumped to $10. I'll still be at my university for another year so I'm not sure what happened.

Student discounts need to be renewed each year to ensure that the user is still on school.
You say it's been working for ages. I'd recommend you to verify if you are still on the Student discount.
If you aren't, you will need to renew your data just as you did last time.

I am having a similar problem... But once I go back and check my eligibility it will not transfer and tells me that it is not able to be put onto my account. I was charged full price for last month (July) and would like to get this resolved before next month's bill (August 1). Thanks!!
