Student discount suddenly vanished

Hey guys,

my student account suddenly vanished. Today I was charged 9,99 Eur although I remember receiving an email to renew my student discount. I did that a few weeks back.

Now when I try to update my payment credentials I can accept the 'Studendenrabatt AGB', after being redirected to PayPal I am just presented an error and that I should try that again. In the meantime, you charged 0,01 Eur from my PayPal??

I also tried to manually renew over SheerID without any luck. They do not accept my matriculation confirmation from the Technical University of Munich. I tried my Stanford ID, which they also do not accept.
