Student discount will not renew?

So I recently just had my Student Discount expire on me, but I'm only a sophomore in College. Spotify's FAQ for renewing my student discount failed, and I'd prefer not to be throwing away money I should be able to keep. 

Any guidance on resolving this problem would be much appreciated.

I haven't renewed my subscription before. This was my first year with the student discount.
