I have brought a nus card witch hasn't arrived yet is on the nus site it says I could still start saving now and get discounts but when I go to pay with the discount it asks for a student number witch I haven't got yet but I am logged into my nus account so it should work ?

Hey there @Evesy93 and welcome to the Spotify community!

 

This doesn't sound right. Student Discounts are a bit tricky sometimes. Since you don't have the necessary student number, you should either wait until you get it or contact NUS directly, since verification you are a student is important to be eligible for a Premium Student Discount.
