How do I switch from normal primium to student discount?

Hello,

I wanted to switch my account from a free account to the paid student account. I got an error message twice on two accounts but still got charged on my credit card. The payments have been pending since yesterday and I dont know how to cancel them. Ideally, I would like to cancel the subscription on my Facebook account and keep the one through my university email. I doesn't seem like there is any number to call so hopefully someone here can help me out.
