Student discount

I canceled my subscription to Spotify & it just ended the 28th, I wanted to sign up for the student discount now that it ended, but when I go to the student discount page, it just says 12.99 instead of the 4.99. How do I actually register for the student discount instead of it taking me to a page that doesn't help nor I can't even sign up for it.

What device are you trying to sign up from? Because the $12.99 seems like via iTunes. Have you tried this on a computer?

I've tried it on my computer, same thing pops up. When I go online, it says I have a subscription, but on my phone it says My subscription has expired. Here's the link. https://www.spotify.com/us/account/subscription/
