Student discount

I cancelled my subscription 2 weeks after using it although never received email notification and tried to find an email address to contact spotify but this was not found. I then tried to apply student discount. This was not allowed despite having a code. I want this sorted now and a full refund. I can not afford this even though I cancelled my subscription. I can forward the receipt from paypal if this will sort this problem. SORT IT. I've tried every possible way of contacting some kind of customer service but this isn't available. ANGRY.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to cancel your account for you (as well as look into a refund if that is what you want). 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
