I just pay for the student discount and I get charged 4.99 from my debit card, but i didn't receive this. What I can do with this?

It's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/
