Student discount

I am a college student and registered for a student account. This morning, I was billed $9.99 instead of the usual $4.99. 

I would like to re-subscribe to the student account but I don't want to pay double the money. Can anyone help?

The student discount has to be renewed every 12 months, so it sounds like you might have hit that deadline. To resubscribe, just go here as usual: https://www.spotify.com/student/

If you believe you are eligible for a partial refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
