Student discounts in Ireland

I am aware that students using spotify in the uk and the usa receive a discounted charge of £4.99/$4.99 per month. Why is this not available in Ireland yet?

Hi 

I signed up for the student discount today and got charged twice, there was a delay with the internet when I was putting in my college details and I think it interfered with the process. So my subscription still says I am on free spotify and I have been charged twice. 

Can you help or do you have a phone number I can call either to Ireland or the UK?
