Hallo, ive tried to activate a premium account with student discount cause i missclicked the option,when i realiazed that i had already autorized the transaction, since im no student I cant send school info etc. Now I got 4,99€ addebit on my card and no premium account of course, how did I get the refound?

Hey @Giadiii, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

In this case, the charge should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken because Spotify has not verified your student status. The charge should be canceled by your bank soon (time varies by bank).
