I can't switch my offer to the student subscription. In fact, I automatically switched back to the premium subscription a few months ago because I forgot to put in my school certificate for the 2022/2023 school year. I want to do it today but I can't check my status because when I try to do it, the application says 'You have already taken advantage of this offer' when I am currently on the premium membership and I am paying €9.99/month instead of the €4.99/month allowed by the student membership.
Can you tell me what to do? Thank you very much.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!


Sounds like you've already renewed your student discount. Now all that's left is changing your plan back to Premium Student!


You should have received an email from SheerID which confirms your student status and applies the discount on your account. Just follow the steps in it and reenter your payment details to change your plan back to Premium Student and finalize the process.


If you can't find the confirmation email in your inbox, you can reach out to SheerID and ask them to resend it to you.
