Student that has been getting overcharged

Hello! 

I'm a student that signed up for the student discount a couple years ago. I know I've renewed my student membership at least once, but now I see that my last five months have been charged the full price. I know how to renew, but is there any possibility of a refund for these full-price premium charges?

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
