Please check your Spotify Subscription page to see if you have received Premium status

http://support.spotify.com/learn-more/faq/#!/article/How-do-I-check-my-subscription-status/

 

If it lists that you are on Spotify Premium, log out and in of Spotify.

 

If it lists that you are on Spotify Free, please check that you have received a receipt on your email and that you are signed in to the right Spotify account.

 

If nothing works, feel free to reply to the post and I will get the problem escalated.

Well I submitted the form post to be in charge when I was charged twice how do I get my refund for all of it since I'm not getting any student premium?
