Subcription still free and too many charges

I just payed my subscription ut it charged me on my credit card like 6 times and it still says im a free user im concerned more over the charges than my account still being free thought, Please Help Thank you in advance

If the transactions are not going through, it could be that the payments on your card are pending charges. Here's what I found on the support page:

The pending charge is a part of your bank’s authorization process.

As the transaction(s) have not completed, you won't get billed. The authorization will expire and the funds will be returned shortly.
