I created a dummy account 'Thisisnotanemail@gmail.com'-something. Months later I decided to subscribe to premium. It's success with 30 day trial starting 11/17/2017. When I checked, its a dummy account. Then I logout and login the correct account and subscribe but says "Looks like you've already taken a similar offer

Can I cancel my premium subscription? I already forgot the password of that email.
Or can I cancel my subscription through my bank card provider?

You can also search the storage of your device for any Spotify account info: - Android.
I found it, but what to do next? I can see abba.json, metadata_cache.bnk? Can I use this to login the account and unsubscribe? Thank  you.
