I have payed for Spotify PREMIUM (please see attachment), but cant't manage to enjoy the benefits of it. Still get the annoying ad's of Spotify FREE.

I tried everything like logging out/logging in etc. Nothing helps!! I drives me crazy! Please HELP

If you paid for Premium but you're unable to use the Premium features, try checking this support page.

 

In case the suggestions there don't help, try reinstalling the app on your devices to see if it does the trick.
