Subscribed but no Premium

I recently turned on (renewed) my Spotify subscription on my iPhone directly through Manage Subscriptions screen, where I had an old, expired subscription. I was charged by Apple for the subscription ($7.99 USD) but my Spotify account (web, iPhone, Mac) do not reflect the change.  I have re-installed the app on my iPhone, which made no difference. 

 

I log in with a username & password (as opposed to FB). I have never had another Spotify account. The email on my Spotify account is the same as my AppleID with which I purchased the renewal. 

 

Can anyone help?
