Subscribed but not get premium

Subscribed but not get premium

I paid for the premium on my phone and it went to my iPad and not to my phone. How can I get it on my phone?

Hey @Keeks1,

 

It sounds like you're logged into another account on your phone. I'd recommend that you try logging into the Premium account, that should fix it 🙂

Listen, I've done that and more. Can you please solve this situation please! I paid for it! This is clearly an internal issue that you need to look into.
