Subscribed, but not getting Premium from virgin media

Hi I pay for premium through virgin media for some reason my account is showing free today but payment has went out. I've tried reinstalling the app and also logging in and out which hasn't helped. Can you take a look at what's causing this?

Hi, andw elcome to the community!

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are still premium?
2) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!

Hi Anthony, thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately subscription page still shows as free but my payment has gone out this was working until today. Even using yesterday was fine. Still having issues 😔
