If you've paid for Premium but can't use your Premium features (ad-free listening, download music for offline listening, etc.), try the following:
Log out and back into your account Occasionally this is necessary to force a sync of info between your device and our account system
Check the status of your subscription Go to yoursubscription pageand check that your Premium subscription is still active.

I did all still not have premium its been many days since I already pay and can not used. I already contact customer service and I have not receive an answer. What else can I do to get someone in service to take mi case and solve it.
I paid for premium and have not gotta my service yet. I paid for it, no receipt, and charged twice for it. How do you explain a charge, make two of them, and no receipt? Are you kidding me?
Spotify better get their crap together or I will take this matter further. This is complete disregard for your customers and I freaking suggest you guys respond to all of the problems. I have read and this has been an ongoing problem for years. It completely baffles me as a company you guys do not have the proper tech team to fix these things.
So please, get your crap together Spotify. You offer a great service for music, but the support is beyond awful and your automated responses and lack of consistent email support is laughable. Plenty of other companies have phone numbers for actual customer services to paid products, you offer only email.
So please, if you want to keep customers happy, fix your goddamn service, especially the darn where you take our money and not even give us the darn service we paid for.
I have followed the steps you described if account info shows free and should be premium. When I look at my account info it shows that I have a premium account. I have signed out and back in twice, as you suggest, but still shows free at the top of the home screen and none of my playlists appear. How do I get access to my premium account information, playlists, preferences, etc.?
Hey, I just purchased the Spotify premium and it charged my card the $14.04. I go to my account and it only lets me shuffle play, and doesn't let me search so I know that can't be premium. This is very discouraging since I was excited to order after all the rave I've been hearing. I have proof of this purchase so please fix this and credit me premium.
I tried to sign up for spotify student account but was told that my student information couldnt be found and wouldnt let me continue and confirm my subscription. I then checked my bank account and saw that spotify charged me the 5 dollars anyway not once but twice. I went back to my spotify account and I still dont have premium features.......
According to My bank statement Spotify is paid for by automatik withdrsw. According to Spotify My last payment was August. I psy för premium according to My bank statement but get only "free" from Spotify. Why? Whats happeninh. I,ve don all the log out log in thing...doseet help.
