Subscribed but not getting premium

Subscribed but not getting premium

I got charged twice under the same account and i am not receiving premium, my account shows up as free.
I tried logging in and out I deleted the app and re-downloaded it, no receipts were emailed to me so I can't check if i made another account which I know I didn't.

Hello and thanks for posting on Spotify!

Double charge sometimes occur if you've hit the "upgrade" button more than once. Does your next payment shows up in your subscription page as more than one month away?

Here is a helpful thread about what to do when you upgrade but your account for some reason is stuck on free.
