Subscribed but not premium

Subscribed but not premium

I subscribed as a student and it charged my account 5$ but then it didn't set my account to premium because it asked if I was a college student which I'm not I'm a high school student so I canceled it but it still didn't refund my 5$. Spotify should make it clear that only COLLEGE students get the student discount

Please get in touch with Spotify via one of the channels listed below. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. - Spotify usually replies within 24-48 hours.
