I've recently purchased premium for 2 bucks for 3 months in Malaysia, unfortunately after one month I'm being charged for the full price the premium costs per month, please someone preferably a Malaysian who can help me sort this **bleep** out? or help me find a way I can get in touch with spotify malaysia

Hey @manofzion,

 

The offer is available to users that have never had Premium on their account before (via a subscription or a trial).
 

Also, It's not possible to get one of the offers with a payment method that's already been used to purchase a subscription or another offer before.

 

If that doesn't apply to you, fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
