Subscribed, received a message that i've been charged, but still not premium

Subscribed, received a message that i've been charged, but still not premium

I've recently tried to subscribe, putted all my credit card information and the button "start premium" didn't appear. I tried again with the same card and another time with another card but still nothing happened. I received a message on my cellphone that my bank accepted the charge but still my account remains free. What can I do? Will I be charged 3 times for month now and still not be able to connect with the premium version? Already tried to log off and reinstall the app.
