Subscribed to premium but it didn't go through

Subscribed to premium but it didn't go through

Hi,

I recently got Spotify premium from iTunes. When I opened the app, the account still said it was free. I've checked all the statuses of my other accounts and all don't have premium. Is there any fix or do I wait in case it didn't process?

Hey @Tyehhgwg,

 

Unfortunately, In-App-Purchases are disabled at the moment so you won't be able to purchase Spotify Premium via iTunes. You can still purchase Premium here: https://spotify.com/premium :).
