Subscribed to premium but it still says I am on free subscription

Subscribed to premium but it still says I am on free subscription

I had cancelled my premium spotify, and recently wanted it back so I signed up for the student discount. It verified I was a student and I out all my card info in, and then submitted it and it said something like oops there was a problem but I still had the 0.01 charge on my card. It then gave me a 7 day premium trial which just ended and I now am back to free, but I just signed up again with a different credit card and it gave me the same problem! What should I do??
