Hi,

It popped up on my phone that I was eligible for 3 months of spotify premium for €9.99 so I entered my card details and it said that I wasn't eligible for this offer and has now charged me €9.99 per month. This is not what I signed up for, can this be rectified as soon as possible and the 3 months for €9.99 offer reinstated please.

 

Also, it doesn't seem like I can contact spotify directly, or maybe I couldn't find the link. A forum seems a strange way to handle complaints.
