Hello everyone,

 

I've been renewing my premium subscribtion using iTunes for the past year. but this month for some reason my premuim subscription is still pause although the payment went through sucessfully and it got decuted from my balance!

 

I logged out from all the devices i own and logged in again.... still nothing is changing 😞

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase? In it, it shows your Spotify username

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Double check if you use it to login to this account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

Login to the website to check the status of your subscription here:

With all this info, contact customer support through this link:

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
