The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

But therefore you are no Spotify employee your answer will be unconsidered.
My email account deletes the trash on regular bases and I did not see why I should keep these messages. In fact it should be working out correctly.
May an employee of Spotify give here a feedback with including the confirmation of my refund.

Yes, I kept that in mind in a way.
But unless Spotify announces another way to contact a employee or a customer service to get issues fixed it must go this way.
If you have any other option to contact Spotify employees to solve my issue it would help.
In any case it is a contact to Spotify and must be resolved like it by Spotify.
PS: The help search did only go for the forum. No contact email or something. So this is the way how Spotify wants to be reached. And so this is an appopriate must to response for Spotify to solve issues.
