Subscription Cancelled, still charged

Hi,

 

I try the 30 day free trial last month and cancelled my subscription a couple weeks ago, well before the end of the trial, but was just charged for 14 days. I would like to have this resolved immediately because this was charged to my Paypal which has no balance currently and I don't want to recieve any overdraft charges from my bank because of an error on Spotify's end. 

 

Also, You guys really need to add a help center phone line, cause this is the most inefficient way to go about this.

Alex - This is really something that you'd need to talk to the payments team about. If you send them an email, they will try and sort it as soon as they can. Just go to 'About us' above, then 'Contact Form'.
