I have been trying to get my premium subscription to work. I have gone through all of the contact forms completing the actions more than three times now and it is not working! I would just like to be helped please! I have been charged multiple times and am not receiving premium. I am upset that this is the only form of contact with spotify and you guys are not getting back to me or helping in any way. Please just give me what I have paid FOUR TIMES for.

Yes I have. The charges are showed in my bank account but I never received any emails. I have checked multiple times and I have checked any and all accounts that I have.
