Subscription Not Working

The other day I was on Spotify and saw that my week of free premium was over, I went online to subscribe with the student discount, put in all of my account information, and then checked on the Spotify app to see that I was still listen as free both on the website and the app. When I checked my bank account, two separate charges had been taken from my account, both for $4.99. How am I going to fix this?

Let's try to figure this out. Can you follow these steps for us?

 

  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium.
  • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app.
  • If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
