So around November I tried out the Premium for the 3 months trial and I liked it. But I don't have money to get the premium monthly and since in Febraury I didn't get charged I just thought I canceled it right. But now it says I'm free but got charged the first of the month and now can't cancel and get my money back or something. I uninstalled my app and it did nothing. I logged in on the Internet and it still says I'm free. Can someone please help me cancel my subscription?

This is very odd. I'd suggest you contact directly with Spotify so that a member of the staff can take a look into this for you. You can do that either by sending them a tweet @SpotifyCares or by using the contact form (https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/ ). Please make sure that, after you've sent the form and you'll receive an automated reply directing you back to the help pages, you'll reply to it, even if it's a no-reply. 

 

Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours.
